From West of Nashville / Downtown: Take 40E to Exit 216C, Donelson Pike North, go 2.5 miles until you dead end into Lebanon Pike, turn left and go 1 block to first traffic light, turn right and go straight into Donelson Plaza (building with green roof and Ace Hardware located in it). Come up the stairs in middle of plaza under the sign for the Strike and Spare Bowling Center. Our reception area is the last office on the left at the end of the hall, suite 218.

From North of Nashville / Rivergate: Take 65S to Briley Parkway, Opryland Exit. Take Briley Parkway past Opry Mills to exit 8, Lebanon Pike (make left), go 1.2 miles to Donelson Plaza on the left when you get to the top of the hill. Turn Left into Donelson Plaza. (building with green roof and Ace Hardware located in it) Come up the stairs under the sign for the Strike and Spare Bowling Center in the middle of the plaza. From North of Nashville / Clarksville: Take 24E to Briley Parkway Opryland Exit. From Southeast of Nashville / Murfreesboro: Take 24W to exit 56 Harding Place and make a right.  Follow Harding Road which becomes Donelson Pike past the airport approximately 3 miles until you dead end into Lebanon Pike, turn left and go 1 block to first traffic light, turn right and go straight into Donelson Plaza (building with green roof and Ace Hardware located in it).
