seminar. This 3 hour
wine seminar will
consist of wine and
food pairings,
classifications of
wine (varietals and
blends), proper
presentation and
serving procedures,
reading labels,
storing wine, proper
glassware, tasting
(for those over 21
years of age), and
basically a
comprehensive
seminar to teach you
the ins and outs of
wine.
This wine seminar is
designed for current
and future
bartenders, bar and
restaurant managers,
anyone considering
working in a fine
dining restaurant,
or anyone who just
enjoys wine and
would like to learn
a more about it. The
class is light, fun
and interactive with
students
participating in
demonstrations and
responding to quiz
questions. Students
learn without
intimidation because
of the entertaining
nature of the class.
